We're looking for a GM to join us as the next leader of the Homies fam
Lets cut the small talk. Homies on Donkeys isnt your standard taco spot, and were not looking for your standard GM. We want a leader who moves like they belong in a kitchen and a cumbia pit - sharp, steady, and never missing a beat.
If you can hold down a buzzing floor, vibe with the crew, and juggle spreadsheets like theyre limes at a margarita bar, then read on. This aint about ticking boxes. Its about running a place that hits hard and feels like home.
What youll be doing:
* Run the floor like its your stage. Lead every service with pace, presence and control.
* Push the numbers. Youre always thinking: more covers, higher spend, more return visits.
* Lead the crew. Hire, train, and fire up a FOH team who love the hustle like you do.
* Keep the vibes high. Make guests feel welcome, looked after, and hyped to come back.
* Own the ops. Rotas, reporting, stock, compliance, with solid support tools like Planday, Goodtill, and ResDiary.
* Drive the brand. From events to promotions to new ideas, you dont wait for instructions, you make it happen.?
Youll need:
* 2+ years in a GM or Assistant GM role, ideally in high-volume, casual dining.
* A sharp head for sales and numbers, and the hustle to back it up.
* A hands-on leadership style. Youre on the floor, not hiding in the office.
* Big energy, zero ego.
* Real love for food, music, culture, and creating a space people want to come back to.?
