Responsibilities and Qualifications
* Experience working in the retail sector at a Store Manager level or equivalent.
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service utilizing communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to rapidly build strong working relationships with customers and the community, and adapt and challenge where needed.
* Experience in making key decisions and action planning to drive results.
* Previous line manager experience and knowledge of HR best practice, with a passion for developing the team through their careers.
* Strong understanding of sales and setting KPIs to enhance store performance.
