Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 + Car Allowance

Location: West Horndon, or client sites across the UK

We're now looking for an NSAR Approved Track Safety Trainer to join our dedicated and passionate team.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on sharing knowledge, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in maintaining the highest safety standards in the rail industry.
What You'll Do
* Deliver high-quality, hands-on and classroom-based training for rail engineers and apprentices.
* Lead engaging Sentinel Track Safety courses and assessments in line with industry standards.
* Inspire and develop learners, ensuring an exceptional learning experience for every participant.
* Create or update training materials when needed to support continuous improvement.
* Travel to client sites across the UK to deliver training where required.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience delivering Sentinel Track Safety courses (additional training can be provided).
* Strong presentation and classroom management skills, with the confidence to engage up to 12 learners.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* At least 3 years of UK rail industry experience (training experience helpful but not essential).
* Ideally hold an NVQ Level 3 (or higher) in a relevant training qualification.
* Flexible and willing to travel nationwide for client delivery.
