They are looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their commercial team to manage the financial aspects of multiple diverse projects across the South West. Projects include: Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Retail, and other Blue-Chip Developments. Responsibilities: * Oversee all commercial and financial elements of your assigned projects * Administer contracts (JCT, Design & Build) * Procure subcontractors and build strong supply chain relationships * Manage and report on project CVRs * Conduct site measurements and valuations * Control project cost and value through to final account Requirements: * Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a regional or Tier 1 contractor * Proven track record delivering projects up to £10m in value * Strong knowledge of CVR processes and contract administration * Ideally familiar with the local supply chain * Full UK Driving Licence (site travel required – gen...
