Recruit4staff are representing a well-established manufacturing business in their search for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Mechanically Bias) to work in Wrexham Job Details: Pay: £48,683 (Annual salary with additional discretionary bonus) Hours of Work: 42 hours per week on average, 4 on 4 off shift pattern (12-hour shifts, including on-call rota and nights) Duration: Permanent Benefits: Company pension, life assurance, annual discretionary bonus scheme, employee discounts & savings scheme, 20 days holiday Job Role: The Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Mechanically Bias) will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of plant maintenance and repair to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Duties include minimising downtime, maximising output, and completing planned preventative maintenance schedules. The Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Mechanically Bias) will work closely with the mill team to resolve breakdowns and drive continuous improvement across the site.
