Join the Electronic Warfare Operations Support Group (EWOS), a team of 60+ electronic warfare specialists. We combine engineers, scientists, and ex-military personnel to help customers achieve operational potential and keep their people and platforms safe. This is an opportunity for a university graduate to take the next step, work with in‑house professionals on complex technological projects of national importance, and gain the technical know‑how to progress in your career. The role is based at our state‑of‑the‑art test and evaluation facility at our head office in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, where you will develop models/code, integrate and test EW capability across the electromagnetic spectrum and present demonstrations of large‑scale scenarios to stakeholders.
You will have the chance to contribute to trials and synthetic testing activities, record data, and perform real‑time analysis, using your STEM background to support teams across MASS.
Responsibilities
* Develop models/code, integrate and test a variety of EW capabilities across the electromagnetic spectrum.
* Design, prototype, and execute complex technological projects of significant national importance.
* Plan and support trials and synthetic testing activities; record data and perform real-time analysis.
* Present demonstrations of large‑scale scenarios involving your work and collaboration with wider development teams.
Qualifications
* Hands on experience in a laboratory environment.
* Coding experience (e.g., MATLAB, Python, or LabVIEW).
* STEM degree or extensive experience with RF electronics.
Desirable
* Knowledge of network architecture.
* Understanding of Electronic Warfare and Radar Systems.
* Knowledge of analogue or digital RF circuits.
* Experience completing Verification & Validation activities.
* Experience using or creating automation scripts.
* Aware of simulation and rendering engines (e.g., Unreal, Unity).
Non‑negotiables / Security
* A UK National and eligible to work in the UK.
* Eligible to obtain and maintain a UK Government SC‑level security clearance.
