Key Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end recruitment across various disciplines.
2. Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
3. Build relationships with stakeholders and external partners.
4. Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment.
5. Enhance employer branding and employee value propositions.
6. Utilize data to optimize recruitment processes.
7. Support onboarding and talent frameworks aligned with program goals.
Candidate Requirements
Must-Haves
* Experience in senior-level talent acquisition, preferably in technical environments.
* Proven success in sourcing niche roles.
* Knowledge of recruitment compliance and ED&I practices.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to operate strategically and operationally at pace.
* Experience in employer branding and data-driven decision-making.
Nice-to-Haves
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
* Experience in government or public sector.
* Background in energy, science, defence, infrastructure, or tech sectors.
