Chef de Partie for Top 100 Golf Club
Minimum 2 years chef kitchen experience required.
We are seeking a capable and motivated Chef de Partie to join our established club kitchen. This role suits a chef who is confident working independently for much of the day, while also supporting service preparation and delivery during banqueting and event functions.
You will take responsibility for breakfast service and bar snack menus, working with autonomy and initiative and collaborate with our Sous Chef and Head Chef on banquets, buffets and event catering nights. Strong organisation, creative flare and adaptability are essential to success in this role.

Primary Responsibilities
Independent Service
Prepare, cook and present breakfast and bar snack menus to a consistently high standard
Confidently manage services independently, supported by thorough and well-planned mis en place
Maintain excellent organisation, cleanliness and food safety standards throughout service
Demonstrate creative flare offering our members & guests a variety of enticing plates
Team-Based Service
Work alongside the Sous Chef and Head Chef on banqueting, buffets and event catering nights
Contribute effectively to shared preparation and service during busy periods
Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
Kitchen Standards & Operations
Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of HACCP and food safety legislation
Carry out accurate mis en place, stock rotation, portion control and ordering
Work proactively, anticipating service requirements and operational needs
Support kitchen leadership during holiday cover where required
Key Skills and Experience
Chef de Partie level with a minimum of 2 years professional kitchen experience
The ability to plan ahead and work efficiently
Confident working independently and taking ownership of your responsibilities
Adaptable and comfortable moving between solo service and team-led events
Organised, reliable and detail-focused
A positive team player who contributes to strong FOH and BOH relationships
Working Hours
Primarily daytime hours: 9am4pm (weekends 8am4pm)
23 evenings per week during peak season
Flexibility required to support events and service needs
Full or Part Time available

Salary
£13.25 - £14.25 DOE
