Job Description We’re recruiting for a HR Insights & Project Lead to join our Retial HR team. You’ll play a key role in shaping how Retail HR uses insight to support colleagues and leaders. If you’re the kind of person who enjoys digging into data, spotting the “so what?”, and turning insight into something leaders can actually use, this role could be a brilliant next step. What you’ll be doing: Exploring people data to uncover patterns, trends and ideas that help us understand what’s really going on Producing clear, engaging monthly insight packs for senior leaders Bringing together data from different sources across voice surveys, attrition, hiring, performance and connecting the dots Supporting HRBPs with practical, action‑focused insights Helping manage and deliver projects in the Retail People Plan, from planning through to execution Getting involved in everything from risk reporting to culture insights to cyclical HR processes Working closely with Group HR Analytics and Finance to shape how we measure and interpret our people landscape Turning complex information into simple, compelling storytelling
