Reporting to the Operations & Client Relationship Manager Casualty - based in the Chelmsford Office on a hybrid basis, you will be responsible for the desktop handling of UK and European Casualty Real Estate Claims. Desktop technical handling of UK and European Real Estate Casualty Claims 2. Incoming and outgoing correspondence to progress claims and resolve queries 3. Controlling the lifecycle of the files to drive diary management and proactive handling 4. Liaising with the insured, insurers, brokers and any other stakeholders to ensure optimum customer service 5. Liaising with both the UK and European Casualty Adjusters and Account Management Teams 6. Time reporting and billing compliant with internal standards processing and systems 7. Data capture and MI production for clients as well as for internal use, including performance measurement and data integrity reports
