This exciting role is all about building strong relationships with financial advisers, keeping them engaged and informed about everything More2life including product offerings. You'll play a vital part in supporting our Sales Manager, Account Managers and Business Development Managers, helping us to deliver outstanding service and achieve our business goals.

What you'll do:
* Proactively contact advisers to maximise opportunities
* Deliver excellent service through inbound & outbound calls
* Support Account Managers & BDMs with achieving targets
* Maintain accurate CRM records in line with compliance standards
* Achieve KPIs in a fast-paced, supportive environment
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in sales (inbound & outbound)
* A track record of hitting targets and KPIs
* Strong communication skills with a consultative approach
* Ability to build rapport and deliver outstanding service
* Enthusiastic, motivated, and driven to succeed
(Financial services experience is desirable but not essential - full training provided!)
