The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Leisure Club Supervisor to join our team. As a Leisure Club Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the leisure club, ensuring that our guests receive the best possible experience.
Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the leisure club, including managing staff schedules, ensuring that the club is well-maintained, and that all equipment and facilities are in good working order and tidy.
* Providing leadership and direction to staff members, ensuring that they are motivated and engaged in their roles.
* Providing excellent customer service to guests and addressing any concerns or complaints that they may have.
* Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new members.
* Conducting regular staff meetings to ensure that all staff members are up-to-date on club policies and procedures.
* Adhering to health and safety guidelines and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of guests and staff at all times.
* Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff members.
* Support with cleaning when required.
* Providing reports to the Leisure Club Manager on club performance and guest feedback.

Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience working in a leisure club or similar environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* A good understanding of health and safety guidelines and procedures.
* The ability to work well as part of a team.
* A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work evenings and weekends if required.
