Job Description
Post Completion Assistant / £25,000- £30,000
* Input and manage new instructions on the CMS system.
* Obtain and review title documentation from HM Land Registry.
* Conduct initial client welcome calls, complete fact-finding, and guide clients through the transaction process.
* Liaise with clients to confirm completion of matters.
* Handle all Land Registry-related requirements in connection with completed transactions.
* Provide clients with timely post-completion updates.
