We're hiring an experienced HR Transformation Specialist to support a major HR Transformation Programme within our Chief Controls Office. This is a high-impact role where you'll help shape core HR processes and drive meaningful change across the organisation. Contract: 6months What you'll do ? Represent BPM across the HR Transformation Programme ? Lead cross-functional process mapping (BPMN 2.0) ? Contribute to target-state HR process design ? Partner with 1LOD teams and programme stakeholders ? Work closely with Risk & Controls SMEs to strengthen frameworks ? Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and emerging issues What we're looking for ?? Experience in 1LOD/2LOD/3LOD, risk & controls, or process remediation ?? Strong business analysis & process-mapping skills (Visio/other tools) ?? Financial Services or Consulting background ?? Solid understanding of HR operations & processes ?? Excellent communication & stakeholder-engagement abilities ?? Highly organised, detail-driven, confident facilitator Nice to have Lean Six Sigma, Business Analysis, or Operating Model design experience.
