Job type: Permanent contract
Hours: 30:00 hours per week, working 5 days across Monday - Sunday, between 7:00 and 21:00. Please note: Sundays from 12:00 - 18:00 may be required on a rota basis at Newport West Delivery Office due to operational demand.
About the Role
This is a physical, customer-focused role delivering mail and parcels to local communities. It is a walking role, outdoors in all weather, and requires a good level of fitness. You will contribute to the local community by delivering confidently and professionally, helping maintain the trust of Royal Mail with every doorstep delivery.

* Has a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
What We Do For You
* A guaranteed hourly rate of £13.06 (paid monthly and adjusted to your working hours)
* Paid overtime, with an enhanced rate of x1.25 for any hours worked over 40 per week
* 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (adjusted to your working hours if below 40 hours a week) and the option to buy extra leave each year

Please note: Roles offering between 35-40 hours per week are listed as full-time for candidate search purposes. However, any role under 40 hours per week will be classified as part-time in the employment contract.
