Job Description
We're looking for an Assistant Marketing and Campaigns Optimisation Manager to join Co-op Wholesale as part of the Customer Experience team.
We've set up a brand-new Customer Experience team to make a real difference for our varied wholesale customer base, including independent retailers, corporate partners and national accounts.
You'll be the link between data and delivery, helping shape our optimisation strategy and making sure we're showing up in the most relevant way.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement segmentation and targeting strategies to improve campaign precision and effectiveness
* Analyse engagement data, customer behaviours, and commercial outcomes to optimise marketing channels
* Collaborate with Commercial, Insights, Digital and Central Ops teams to align on campaign strategy
* Review CRM data and onboarding flows to ensure segmentation accuracy and data integrity
* Monitor and report on campaign performance, identify opportunities for continuous improvement
* Support the planning and delivery of marketing and comms campaigns that drive partner engagement and return on investment
* Champion data-driven decision making across the Marketing and Digital team and the wider customer experience function
Requirements
* Experience in customer segmentation and targeting within a B2B, Commercial or FMCG environment
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable insights
* Proven experience in marketing performance analysis, CRM, or campaign optimisation
* A knowledge of customer insight
