1 of our 100+ UK projects is at University Hospital, Hairmyres in East Kilbride. A site and project of which we are very proud, the need has arisen for an Asset Manager experienced in healthcare and PFI to join our established team and report to the project General Manager.
You will be the bridge between the hospital management board and the facilities service provider. You will attend regular meetings with the Board and the Contractor including regular reporting on performance and compliance in line with the Project Agreement.
Your broad responsibilities will include:-
* Contract Management
* Contractor Management and Communications
* Technical Lead including HMT & HSAW compliance and recording (the information recording is key)
* Asset Management Lead - under the terms of the Project Agreement
You will have:-
* In depth knowledge of FM service in a healthcare / public sector setting
* In depth knowledge of FM statutory and regulatory compliance including HMT / HSAW
* Knowledge of working with detailed contractual, statutory and guidance documents
* Knowledge of risk management principles and practices
* Proven record of service delivery
* And be a balanced and effective communicator, presenter and partner to all stakeholders in the project - conscious of the nature and challenges of a hospital setting and all that entails
