Customer Experience & Service Excellence
* Coach and develop team members to deliver outstanding service and product knowledge.
* Promote multi-channel sales and ensure customer interactions reflect brand values.
* Act on customer feedback to continuously improve the in-store experience.
Sales Growth & Commercial Focus
* Drive store performance to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Execute marketing campaigns and identify local opportunities to grow the customer base.
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform business decisions.
Team Development & Leadership
* Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing store team.
* Identify and nurture talent, creating clear development pathways.
* Lead by example, embedding company values into daily operations.
Operational Excellence
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety, legal, and company procedures.
* Maintain high standards of stock accuracy, inventory control, and store presentation.
* Protect company assets through effective controls and risk management.

Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a retail management role.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills.
* Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to driving sales.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* A passion for the hair and beauty industry is a plus.
