The Opportunity
ISMG is seeking an Event Manager with a strong interest in marketing operations and digital execution to support our growing global events portfolio.
This role sits at the intersection of event delivery, stakeholder engagement, and marketing operations. You’ll play a key role in bringing executive roundtables to life while also supporting the digital infrastructure that powers them—from email campaigns to website updates.

What You’ll Do
Event Management & Stakeholder Engagement
* Manage and execute up to 4 executive roundtables per month (virtual and in‑person)
* Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, including:
o Kickoff calls and planning sessions
o Content discussions and interview coordination
o Event execution and post‑event debriefs
* Own attendee communications throughout the event lifecycle, including outreach, confirmations, and ongoing engagement
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all deliverables are completed on time
* Support sponsors in shaping content and ensuring successful event outcomes
Marketing Operations & Campaign Support
* Build and execute promotional email campaigns and attendee communications using marketing automation tools (Marketo)
* Manage attendee nurture flows and help optimize engagement across the promotion cycle
* Work within CRM systems to support event promotion and tracking
Website & Digital Execution
* Create and maintain event pages in WordPress, including sessions, speakers, and sponsor details
* Ensure content is accurate, up‑to‑date, and aligned with brand standards
* Partner with design and marketing teams to source and implement visuals and assets
* Contribute ideas to improve website experience and support ongoing updates
What We’re Looking For
We’re open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds—events, marketing, communications, operations—who are excited to grow into this role.
* 3‑5+ years of experience in event coordination, project management, marketing, or client/stakeholder‑facing roles
* Background in B2B events, event marketing campaigns, or digital operations is strongly preferred
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
* Comfort working with digital tools and platforms (marketing automation, CMS, CRM, or similar)
* Interest in learning website management (WordPress) and marketing automation
* Strong communication skills and ability to engage professionally with senior stakeholders
* Detail‑oriented with a focus on execution and follow‑through
Nice To Have
* Experience with email marketing automation tools like Marketo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.
* Experience with WordPress and website maintenance
