We're looking for a talented Service Delivery Co- Ordinator to be fundamental in our customer delivery process, from order receipt to final delivery at the site. This role is a permanent, full-time role working Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: * Pro-actively manage the customer sales process, order receipt to delivery. * Maintain an excellent level of service, in all aspects of order process and customer contact. * Focus on delivering key customer service and developing/maintaining strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. * Key contact via verbal or written communication with nominated customers. * Full ownership of nominated customer satisfaction level. * Accurately process sales orders. * Liaise with Hauliers and the Distribution team to ensure prompt deliveries, as well as fluid communication with all parties. * Invoice query and discrepancy investigation and resolution. * Confirm the delivery of processed orders via communication channels agreed with customer. * Manage any delivery complication to resolution including process of additional fees. * Carry out departmental administration duties as required. * Occasional client visits or attendance at internal client meetings. * Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve service delivery. * Identify and mitigate risks related to ...
