Project Co-Ordinator Northamptonshire | Office-based | Permanent | £28,000 per annum | Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM Overview An established and growing construction business is seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Co-Ordinator to support the successful delivery of projects across the UK. This role is central to keeping projects running smoothly - coordinating labour, materials, schedules, and communication between site teams, Project Managers, and clients. Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers with day-to-day project delivery Coordinate and lead pre-start meetings to ensure labour and materials are in place Manage Project Manager diaries across multiple regions Produce and maintain project programmes and schedules Update internal systems and project documentation accurately Liaise with clients regarding project progress Raise purchase orders and assist with procurement Provide general administrative support to the operations teamCandidate Requirements Previous experience in a construction project support or co-ordination role Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel essential) Experience using project management or CRM systems Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Strong communication skills with a professional approach Proactive, reliable and able to work independently or as part of a teamWhat’s On Offer £28,000 per annum Company performance bonus scheme Stable, permanent position within a growing business Supportive working environment Opportunities for training and career progressionPlease apply to discuss this role confidentially with Gabriella Saunders at ACS Staffing Solutions
