What you’ll be doing
as a Performance Manager:
1. Control and audit site activity, ensuring the safety of the team, contractors and other third parties through the consistent application of company Health & Safety.
2. Manage an operational team to perform effectively against internal and external.
3. Optimise service delivery and champion a customer focus.
4. Lead and develop team members.
5. Prepare reports and presentations for key stakeholders as required.
Base location: Beckton - IG11 0AD
Working pattern or hours: 36 Hours per week (Monday to Friday)
What should you bring to the role?
To thrive in this role, the essential criteria you’ll need are:
6. Significant relevant industry experience, ideally within a similar role.
7. Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical or Engineering) is desirable but not essential.
8. Ability to lead and develop people within a team.
9. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Excellent organisational skills.
11. Good knowledge of Health and Safety requirements.
12. Full UK Driving License.
