As aSales Negotiator, your role will involve:
* Registering applicants
* Arranging Viewings
* Booking FS appointments
* Referring Conveyancing leads
* Negotiating on offers
* Liaising with vendors and purchaser
Working hours:
* As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be required to work Monday toFriday 8:30am - 5:30pm, and on alternative Saturdays 10:00am – 4:00pm
The successfulSales Negotiatorwill be offered:
* Basic £22,000 – £25,000
* OTE £40,000 - £50,000
* Individual commission on completed sales
To be considered for theSales Negotiatorrole you must have:
* Background in sales
* Ability to close for business
* Good knowledge of the Southport area.
