This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Telemarketing Executive looking for part-time work with flexible hours and a supportive team environment. The role involves making outbound B2B calls on behalf of a range of clients across different sectors. Key Responsibilities Making outbound calls to businesses from a targeted database Booking qualified sales appointments Generating and qualifying leads Updating and maintaining accurate company information Conducting telephone surveys where required Working to daily dial and performance targets Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in outbound telemarketing, telesales or a similar role Confident speaking with senior decision makers (e.g. Managing Directors, Finance Directors, HR Directors, Marketing Directors) Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner Clear spoken English and a confident, clear phone voice Ability to work towards a dial target (typically 175 dials per day, campaign dependent) Self-motivated with good time management skills Able to work both independently and as part of a team Able to commute to Solihull What’s on Offer Hourly pay of £12.50 per hour Clear and transparent commission structure Weekly and monthly bonus opportunities Commission typically ranging from £125–£225 per month, depending on hours worked Flexible part-time hours to suit individual needs Supportive working environment with ongoing training and feedback Opportunity for progression for candidates seeking longer-term development Weekly paid via Elite Personnel Pension How to Apply This role is available for an immediate start.
