Reporting into the HR Manager, the HR Advisor will play a large role in contributing to wider, generalist HR duties whilst ensuring the smooth running of recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities: * As the key point of contact, working closely with Management to provide best practice advice on topics including disciplinary, capability and absence management * Writing and updating HR policies ensuring these are in line with current legislation * Advising line managers and staff on HR policies, best practices, and employment law matters. * Day-to-day, operational, and administrative tasks that support the broader HR function * Supporting with the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle * Maintaining absence data and producing absence reports to inform the payroll process * Using the ADP HRIS to access, input and compile data * HR Project work as required What we’re looking for: * Proven experience in a generalist HR role, providing HR advisory support at all levels * CIPD qualification (or working towards).
