Primary Duties:
* Dealing with enquiries for products.
* Qualifying customer requirements & identifying the appropriate product to offer.
* Processing enquiries using an inhouse CRM system
* Ensuring enquiries are passed to the production team to ensure they understand the customer request.
* You will monitor all SLA's and request for questionnaires.
* Working closely with the sales team.
* Providing product support to colleagues & customers.
Skills Required
* Detail orientated.
* Ability to self-manage and motivate.
* Ability to work well as part of team.
* Confidence to challenge.
* Communication skills in person, by phone & email.
* Adaptability.
* Problem-Solving.
* Experience with CAD or similar design package.
