This role can be based in Glasgow, Northampton, or Knutsford.
Purpose of the role
To support the organisation and achieve strategic objectives by ensuring readiness for change initiatives, assessing and embedding them effectively.
Accountabilities
1. Identify and analyze impacts and opportunities requiring change.
2. Develop strategies for business readiness to ensure successful change implementation.
3. Communicate with stakeholders, including senior management, to align expectations and needs.
4. Collaborate with Client Readiness, Operational Readiness, & Tech Delivery teams for smooth transition into BAU.
5. Manage resistance by engaging stakeholders and addressing concerns.
6. Review readiness plans and monitor progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
7. Align change initiatives with project objectives and integrate change management into project plans.
8. Support stakeholders with skills and knowledge for change initiatives.
