Why this role is important to us As part of the UK Finance team, you will be responsible for processing payroll and all payroll-related matters, such as ensuring the correct tax reporting of our global mobility employees. What you will be responsible for Sole responsibility for the payroll function of the London and Middle East offices. This currently consists of 3 legal entities (4 payrolls) and 2 Shadow Payrolls, with a total of about 170 employees Managing all elements of the payroll process from start to finish for the two UK legal entities and the Middle East payrolls in UAE and Saudi Arabia Monitoring of Cross Border & Assignee Personnel Processing of Shadow Payroll Restricted stock unit (RSU) Management Prepare, analyze, compile, reconcile and submit annual reports and filings for the PSA and STBV Agreements Managing the reconciliation for the monthly Benefits in preparation for the P11d reporting Administration of the Pension plan to ensure compliance with Pension Regulator legislation and monitoring of Auto Enrolment, Opt Outs and Re-Enrolment regulations Ensure compliance of existing salary sacrifice arrangements Responsibility to run the operations linked to Absence and Time Management according to the frame set by HR to ensure the accuracy of the data. Booking all payroll-related accruals: bonus, commission, holiday, RSUs, benefits Updating all payroll-related balance sheet reconciliations in management accounts pack Key point of contact for internal stakeholders on payroll enquiries Liaising with Deloitte on payroll tax matters relating to employees located overseas What we value Solid experience with processing payroll Experience using Adp HCM and working within an accounts team Tax experience for employees working overseas (e.g., PAYE/NIC implications) Ability to work with confidential/sensitive data Excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy Methodical, hardworking, enthusiastic with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines Minimum of intermediate level in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, V-lookups) Fluent in English with strong communication skills both verbal and written Experience of working with Workday is nice to have Next steps Please send us your application in English via our career site as soon as possible, we process incoming applications continually.
