Orchards Academy, part of The Kemnal Academies Trust (TKAT), is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Leader to drive our vision for inclusion, wellbeing, and student support.
This is a strategic role with responsibility for behaviour, EAL, attendance, and safeguarding as well as Co-leadership of SEND across the school. As Co-Designated Safeguarding Lead, you'll lead a compassionate and effective provision that ensures every student feels safe, supported, and ready to succeed.
