SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIVE
(4-ON 4-OFF)
LOCATION: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
IMPORTANT: Own transport is essential due to the site location and shift start times.
We are looking for reliable and physically fit Supply Chain Operatives to join our team at a modern food production facility.
This is a full-time, ongoing position with an immediate start available for the right candidates.
PAY & HOURS:
Basic Rate: £14.24 per hour
Overtime Rate: £21.36 per hour
Shifts: Morning shift – 05:30 to 17:30
Pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off (12-hour shifts)
Breaks: 1-hour unpaid break included
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Efficiently loading and unloading products from trailers
* Moving stock between the intake and dispatch areas of the warehouse
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
* Strictly adhering to safety protocols and food hygiene guidelines
* Assisting with general warehouse duties as requested by the management
REQUIREMENTS:
* Must be physically fit as the role involves heavy lifting
* Good understanding of English (both written and verbal)
* Positive work attitude, punctuality, and reliability
* Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work across different areas of the warehouse and production
