Essential requirements
· Must drive or live locally due to late finishes - Please Note : Due to shift finish times, you must live locally or have your own transport.
· Working in a cold environment
· Must be fully flexible as there is no set end shift time
· Must be available to work on selected dates during December.
Location: Barnsley S71.
Role: Warehouse Operative AM
Contract: Temporary – ongoing.
Pay Rate: £12.73/hr up to 18:00 - £15.91/hr after 18:00
· Weekend and OT Rates available
· Christmas Peak Bonus – rules apply.
Christmas Bonus:
· Attendance Bonus from: £2.50 - £3.50/hr extra on certain days.
· Performance Bonus from: £2.50 - £3.50/hr extra on certain days.
On top of the above, you could also get:
· If you do all your planned shifts another attendance bonus: £125 paid in January
· If your performance targets are hit: £100 paid in January
Potential to earn:
· Days up to: £19.73
· Nights up to: £22.92
· Weekend Days up to: £20.16
· Weekend Nights up to: £24.19

Hours of work as a full time Warehouse Operative are:
· AM Shift - Start anytime between 06:00 to 09:00, work until completion, there is no set finish time — minimum shift length of 6 hours, maximum of 12 hours
· Working any 5 days out 7 (must be flexible)
About the Warehouse Operative role: Working in a chilled environment, your main responsibilities will include:
· Picking and packing chilled goods accurately and efficiently
· Working to targets and following health & safety procedures
· Keeping the work area clean and organised
· Ensuring products are handled with care
