£70,000 – £90,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We’re working with a growing organisation delivering data centre technology and infrastructure projects across multiple regions, and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery across network, structured cabling and critical IT infrastructure environments.
This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone with a strong technical background who can manage complex, multi-site deployments within mission-critical environments.
The Role
* Manage end-to-end delivery of data centre infrastructure projects, including:
* Structured cabling (copper & fibre)
* Network deployments (rack & stack, switches, routers)
* IT infrastructure rollouts and upgrades
* Coordinate internal engineering teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders
* Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource planning across multiple sites
* Ensure delivery aligns with technical standards, SLAs, and quality expectations
* Manage risk, change control, and incident resolution throughout the project lifecycle
* Provide regular reporting and updates to senior stakeholders and clients
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience managing data centre or critical infrastructure projects
* Strong understanding of:
* Structured cabling (Cat6 / fibre / containment)
* Network infrastructure (switches, routers, patching environments)
* Data centre environments (rack layouts, white space, deployments)
* Background in IT infrastructure, telecoms, or data centre delivery
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams and international clients
Desirable
* Experience working within colocation or hyperscale environments
* Knowledge of power and cooling infrastructure (UPS, PDUs, etc.)
* Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or similar
* Exposure to DCIM tools or project tracking platforms
