We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and committed Primary Teachers for a number of vibrant and welcoming schools across the Wakefield area. Opportunities are available in both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS (for ECTs)
* Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
* Ability to inspire and motivate young learners
* Effective classroom management skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* A positive, flexible attitude and a commitment to school life
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback
* Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership
* Uphold school policies and promote high standards of behaviour and achievement
* Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development
