Are you a passionate SEN Teacher who loves making a difference in children's lives? Come and join the Temple Sutton Primary School family in Southend. We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring SEN teacher to work across our specialist unit and mainstream classrooms, supporting children with a wide range of additional needs.

Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and personalised lessons that meet the unique needs of each child.
* Support SEN pupils in mainstream classrooms, helping them thrive academically and socially.
* Monitor and celebrate pupil progress, adapting strategies to ensure every child succeeds.
* Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues.
* Contribute to our vibrant school community through events and extracurricular activities.
What we are looking for
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Has experience working with SEN pupils in both specialist units and mainstream settings.
* Is committed to inclusive teaching and helping every child flourish.
* Has excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.

Information about the School
The Learning in Harmony Trust was established as a multi-academy trust on 1 September 2014. Since then, the Trust has grown to include schools in Essex and London, with Temple Sutton Primary School joining in 2018.
