About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Family Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be a highly self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have experience of working with children and/or families. You will have experience working with a wide range of stakeholders who can support the contextual needs of our students and their families. The role is to support our students and their families in school, in the community and in their home setting, providing ongoing assistance, enabling us to work together to improve the future success of students both in school and their family setting.
