The Re-Engagement Officer plays a vital role in reviving relationships with previous clients, nurturing long-term partnerships, and maximising repeat business opportunities. The role suits a confident communicator with a passion for hospitality and relationship-driven sales.
Responsibilities
* Reconnect with lapsed or dormant clients through personalised outreach to reignite interest in hospitality and corporate event experiences.
* Develop and implement structured re-engagement strategies to convert inactive accounts into loyal, returning customers.
* Build rapport and trust through consultative conversations, identifying upcoming business or entertainment needs.
* Maintain accurate client, communication logs, and activity reports in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on reactivation campaigns and client retention initiatives.
* Provide feedback on customer sentiment, market trends, and product opportunities.
* Consistently achieve re-engagement and revenue targets, contributing to the wider commercial success of the team.
What we need from you
* Experience in sales, customer success, or account management, ideally within hospitality, events, or B2B services.
* Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, persuasive style.
* Proven ability to build rapport quickly and reignite customer interest.
