Starting in September 2026, this national programme offers real client experience, professional mentoring and full sponsorship through the CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, all from one of the UK’s largest Chartered wealth management firms. If you are finishing university and looking for a long-term professional career with purpose, progression and strong earning potential, this is your starting point. The Fairstone Adviser Academy is a structured 24-month, full-time training programme that blends hands-on experience with formal qualification and professional development. You will work across core business areas of financial planning while building the technical, ethical and behavioural skills needed to become a trusted adviser. Alongside your day-to-day role, you will study towards your fully funded CII Level 4 qualification, supported by dedicated study time, learning resources and regular mentoring.
