QA Technician

£30,000-£32,000 DOE + bonus + benefits
Barker Ross is currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a QA Technician to join their team in a fast-paced injection moulding environment. This is a temp-to-perm role offering long-term progression for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing product inspections and maintaining QA records
Supporting ISO 9001:2015 compliance and internal audits
Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/5S)
Providing basic admin cover during Office Manager absences
Ideal candidate will have:
QA experience in manufacturing (ideally plastics/injection moulding)
Understanding of ISO 9001 standards
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Good Microsoft Office skills; ERP experience is a bonus
