Special Educational Needs Coordinator - SENCO Location: Dudley, West Midlands Contract: Full time, 37.5 hours per week Term: Fixed term until Easter with potential to extend An independent specialist SEN school in Dudley is seeking an inspirational SENCO to join the senior team and drive outstanding outcomes for pupils with diverse needs including SEMH, ADHD, Autism, and Speech Language and Communication Needs. You will champion inclusive practice, lead on assessment and provision, and work closely with teaching staff, therapists, families, and the local authority to ensure every young person progresses and thrives.
