Job Title: Phase-In Phase-Out (PIPO) Analyst

Role Overview:
As a Phase-In Phase-Out (PIPO) Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse teams around the world. You will play a key role in managing inventory transitions, supporting data analytics, and ensuring alignment across global supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, validate, and consolidate data requirements to prepare and submit inventory build requests to regional PIPO Leads.
Coordinate and follow up on inventory build requests with cross-regional country teams to ensure timely alignment and execution.
Initiate and oversee the creation of inventory build orders, proactively tracking and monitoring order status to ensure fulfillment within required timelines.
Prepare and deliver regular status reports on inventory build activities for presentation to leadership and senior management.
Support data tool analytics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong proficiency in system applications including Office 365 (especially Excel), SAP ECC or S/4 HANA, and Power BI.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable solutions.
Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
Background in Supply Chain or related disciplines that enhance cross-functional awareness.
Education & Qualifications:
Option 1:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of work experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, or Intercompany operations.Option 2:
High School Diploma/GED.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the above areas.
