There is currently an exciting opportunity to join the Health Visiting team based at Brookside Clinic, Aylesbury.

Main duties of the job
You will be leading the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme as part of a team that includes Community Staff Nurses and Community Nursery Nurses with support from experienced Locality Leads.

You must be a registered SCPHN (Health Visiting) with current NMC registration.

15. RGN Level 1
16. Specialist Community Public Health Nurse Health Visiting - Cert/Diploma/Degree
17. Leadership training

40. Ability to travel to various community sites daily
