We have an exciting opportunity for an Area Sales Manager to join our team within Vistry North Midlands, based near Castle Donington (exact location to be confirmed). You will support multiple sales outlets across the region, working with sales teams across sites to meet sales targets through effective management of people and activities aligned with the Customer Journey. Your role involves motivating and supporting teams to achieve performance goals outlined in the KPIs below.

* Experience in sales management within a volume house builder context
* Team management experience
* Proven sales target achievement
* Experience working with multiple stakeholders
* Proficiency in IT and MS Office
* Understanding of sales and legal processes
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to produce accurate work in a fast-paced environment
* Business and commercial awareness
* Full UK Driving License and willingness to travel across the division
* Effective communication skills at all levels
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Confidence in handling challenging customers
* Effective communication between Sales Management and Consultants
* Willingness to work weekends when required
About the Area Sales Manager role…
* Lead, motivate, and train on-site sales teams to meet KPIs including sales rates and customer service standards
* Negotiate sales to maximize revenue with minimal incentives
* Supervise progress of sales and exchanges to meet targets, managing risks
* Maintain knowledge of local market conditions and competitors, recommending marketing improvements
* Ensure marketing suite operations, including health & safety, presentation, and staffing
* Provide market research to inform sales volume and pricing strategies
* Coordinate with other departments on plot releases and customer issues
* Attend meetings and prepare reports as needed
* Develop customer relationships through ethical sales methods and internal liaison
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and mandatory training
* Observe company SOPs and policies at all times
* Deliver excellent customer service, embodying Vistry’s values
* Assist with audits as required
