As the Data and Exams Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth administration of all examinations and managing the school's data systems. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for education, strong organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing the administration of all internal and external examinations, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and maintaining the integrity of the examination process.
2. Managing the school's data systems, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry, analysis, and reporting to support student progress and achievement.
3. Collaborating with academic staff to ensure that data is used effectively to inform teaching and learning practices.
4. Providing training and support to staff regarding data management and examination procedures.
5. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of examination regulations and data management best practices.
6. Ensuring that all data is handled in accordance with GDPR and other relevant legislation.
The ideal candidate will possess:

8. Experience in data management and examination administration within an educational setting.
9. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
