Job Title: Sales Representative Recapture

Role Overview

Otis is growing, and we are recruiting a Service Sales Consultant to cover the London area. The main goal of the role is to achieve sales growth by developing a customer prospect pipeline focused on winning new maintenance contracts, with additional responsibility for selling incremental repair projects.
On a typical day, you will:
1. Manage a portfolio of elevator units by maintaining good relationships with existing customers.
2. Serve as the primary contact for timely resolution of customer inquiries.
3. Develop new customers through cold calling, networking, bids, and tenders.
4. Create your own sales strategy to meet sales targets.
5. Use Otis’ sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results.
6. Conduct sales negotiations and close deals.
7. Collaborate with team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues.
What you will need to be successful:
* You have a business or technical degree or have completed training as a technician or technical business administrator, with 3 years of prior work experience.
* You have initial experience in selling technical service agreements requiring consultation.
* You possess a strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills.
* You are highly committed and reliable.
* You are target-focused and able to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate environment.
