North: Riverside, LowestoftWe are recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our local authority client's Learning Disabilities and Autism Team across Suffolk.
Key responsibilities:
Providing safe and timely delivery of front-line occupational therapy services within the directorate.
Supporting with triage and reducing duplication between health and social care to reduce OT waiting lists.
Supporting external care providers to ensure correct and safe moving and handling tasks.
Completing reviews of care packages to ensure best value of services for ASC and best use of available equipment.
Reviewing double handed care packages.
Mutual aid to other OT areas as required.
Provide safe and timely delivery of OT assessments and reviews across the directorate.Requirements:
Must have a Diploma/BSc in Occupational Therapy and must have current HCPC registration.
