The role will involve you carrying out 3 client assessments per day. A typical day will see you carry out telephone, video or face to face assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life. Youll listen to their experiences, ask questions and use your insights to produce a factual report to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine their eligibility for benefits.

Every assessment is different. You will work on a variety of cases across a range of conditions. Itll be challenging at times, but you'll receive support to manage your caseloads efficiently, to deliver the best service.
You are able to fulfil this role in a Hybrid working capacity.
