Ob Title: Contact Centre Associate
Location: Wednesbury
Salary: £12.56 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, 3-month contract
Hours of Work: 8:00am – 4:30pm or 9:00am – 5:30pm (must be flexible to do both)
The Role
As a Contact Centre Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers. Your main focus will be delivering excellent service while managing enquiries, processing orders, and issuing quotes. Collaboration with internal teams is key to ensure smooth customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls, emails, and web enquiries professionally and politely

Process customer orders and quotations accurately
*
Provide information on products, pricing, and lead times
*
Liaise with internal departments for smooth order delivery and installation
*
Record and update customer information in the CRM system
*
Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
*
Represent the company brand positively and proactively

You are customer-focused, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to deliver great service. You are confident with computer systems and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Previous experience in a contact centre, customer service, or sales support role
