Marketing Operations Specialist & HubSpot Admin

Overview
We're looking for a capable, proactive Marketing Operations Specialist to take ownership of our HubSpot platform and help streamline campaign execution, reporting, and lead management. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who’s had 2–4 years in B2B marketing or marketing ops, and is ready to own systems, solve problems, and support the wider team with clean, scalable operations.
You'll play a key role in enabling demand generation, improving data visibility, and making sure our marketing engine runs smoothly and smartly.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Ownership
* Own the day-to-day administration of HubSpot (Marketing Hub, with some Sales Hub use).
* Build and manage workflows, smart lists, lead scoring, and lifecycle automation.
* Ensure data cleanliness, platform consistency, and GDPR compliance.
* Manage campaign assets (forms, landing pages, emails) and support testing/QA.
Reporting & Performance Insight
* Build and maintain dashboards for campaign performance, funnel progression, and attribution.
* Analyse lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign outcomes to identify optimisation opportunities.
* Provide regular reporting for marketing leadership and GTM teams.
Campaign Operations
* Collaborate with content and demand gen teams to build and execute email campaigns and nurture flows.
* Segment and maintain audience lists for targeted communications.
* Support A/B testing and campaign performance analysis.
Cross-Functional Support
* Work with SalesOps ensure smooth MQL handoff and accurate CRM syncs.
* Troubleshoot issues between HubSpot and integrated platforms such as Salesloft
* Assist in onboarding new marketing team members into HubSpot and systems.
Requirements
Must-Haves
* 2–4 years in marketing operations, automation, or digital marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
* Strong, hands-on experience with HubSpot — workflows, segmentation, forms, email builds, reporting.
* Solid understanding of marketing funnels, lead lifecycle, and performance metrics.
* Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
* Strong organisational skills, with great attention to detail.
Nice-to-Haves
* HubSpot certifications (especially Automation, Reporting, Admin).
* Experience with Salesforce and marketing/sales tech integrations.
* Familiarity with GDPR and data compliance practices.
* Exposure to attribution or campaign measurement frameworks.
