Head of Customer Operations – Financial Data Vendor
I’m partnering with a leading financial data vendor to recruit a Head of Customer Operations to lead their client-facing operations, sales support, and technical support teams.
📍 Location: London (5 days onsite)
💷 Salary: £80,000 – £85,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Technical Sales Support, Operations, and Sales Support teams
* Drive CRM (Sugar) usage and contract management processes
* Oversee client onboarding, data feed implementation, and ongoing client support
* Manage reporting, invoicing, and contract administration
* Improve operational efficiency across the sales and client lifecycle
Requirements:
* Proven experience within a financial data vendor environment (essential)
* Strong background in CRM systems, client management, and sales operations
* Experience managing teams and handling multiple workstreams
* Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
