Customer Service Advisor – Dinnington Major recruitment are currently working in partnership with a leading wholesale company who are looking to expand their customer service team on a permanent basis with a Customer Service Advisor. The successful candidate will be working within a team of 3 customer service advisor and will be reporting directly to the manager of the team. Key areas of responsibility: Placing customer orders Managing emails Taking payments over the phone Dealing with queries Taking phone calls and live chat conversations from existing and new potential customers. Providing advice and guidance on products whilst delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate: Must have sales and customer service experience Must be a team player Must be computer literate Must have good written and verbal communication skills Looking for a permanent job role that can offer stability.
